Hey brother! Hey sister! How’s your day in the Lord?
Am I my brother’s keeper? Am I my brother’s keeper? Am I my brother’s keeper? Am I my brother’s keeper? Am I my brother’s keeper?
Brother. Sister. Family.
Do biological parents discipline their children when they do wrong? Do biological brothers and sisters tell on each other when they see someone doing wrong? Are they suppose to? I was always told if it is a matter of life and death then tell on them. Aren’t all sins a matter of life and death?
I recently read one homosexual’s comment that Christians should “love thy neighbor” rather than condemning them. Aren’t they already condemning themselves? Isn’t real love saving someone from eternal separation from Jesus?
Satan is so sly that he can make even real love look like condemnation. The Accuser!
If we are not meant to hold each other accountable then why titles like Shepherd, overseer, flock, sheep?
Brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. Share each others burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important. Galatians 6:1-3
Aaaah….too important. Is that the reason we don’t call out sin? Reminds me of Jonah.
Father, I loudly applause those who love enough to call sin out. Bless them 10,000 times over. In Jesus name, Amen
